Job summary

Tekscend Photomask seeks an experienced Manufacturing Engineering Section Manager to lead disciplines of our photomask manufacturing engineering team. This role involves overseeing both equipment maintenance and process engineering to ensure the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and safety in our photomask production operations.

The successful candidate will drive continuous improvement, manage technical projects, and foster a culture of innovation within our manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering or related field is recommended.
• 8+ years in semiconductor manufacturing or related cleanroom environment with 3+ years in a supervisory role.
• Photomask/semiconductor industry experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of manufacturing engineers, equipment engineers, technicians, and vendors.
• Oversee maintenance schedules and ensure uptime and reliability of equipment.
• Design, develop, and optimize photomask manufacturing processes.
• Lead process improvement initiatives using Six Sigma or Lean methods.
• Manage capital projects, timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Ensure safety and environmental compliance and collaborate cross-functionally.
