Job summary

Tekscend Photomask Corp. is seeking an experienced Photomask Inspection Process and Equipment Engineer to support KLA mask inspection systems in high-volume photomask manufacturing.

You will drive daily process sustaining, equipment PMs, tool qualification, and process development to optimize performance and yield. Collaborating with operations and development teams, you will ensure robust integration, improve cycle time, and maintain high product quality, with strong emphasis on root-cause

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 3+ years in Inspection Process or Equipment Engineering in semiconductor manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of Semiconductor Inspection principles
• Demonstrated problem-solving with root-cause analysis and corrective actions
• Experience with DOE, SPC, recipe management, and OCAP creation
• Lean Six-Sigma Green/Black Belt preferred
• Data analysis with JMP/Excel; scripting skills (VBA, Python, SQL)

Responsibilities

• Sustain daily inspection processes and support equipment maintenance.
• Define PMs/needs, qualify new tools, and develop processes to optimize performance.
• Collaborate with operations and development teams to improve yield and cycle time.
