Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years in semiconductor manufacturing in a cleanroom environment.
• At least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Proven experience in the photomask or semiconductor industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of manufacturing engineers and technicians.
• Oversee equipment maintenance, ensuring optimal uptime.
• Design and optimize manufacturing processes for photomask production.
• Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Manage capital projects related to equipment upgrades.
• Develop and control the section's budget.
