Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, and improve production processes through a team of engineers.
• Serve as primary technical interface to development for Optical Head Assembly.
• Support operations by solving complex technical issues under pressure.
• Own capacity increase roadmap and lead capital equipment initiatives.
