Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, develop, and improve production processes with a team of manufacturing engineers.
• Serve as primary technical interface to development for Optical Head Assembly and participate in design reviews.
• Support operations with high pressure escalation and quality containment actions.
• Own the capacity increase roadmap and lead the design, procurement, install, and qualification of new rate enabling equipment.
