Job summary

Midmark Corporation is seeking a seasoned manufacturing engineering leader to drive development, evaluation, and optimization of production systems across medical, dental, and animal health markets.

You will guide cross-functional teams, advance process capability, and implement innovative solutions while ensuring regulatory compliance and quality standards. A strong focus on cost modeling and process innovation will be essential to success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required.
• 4+ years of relevant experience; Black Belt preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills (written & verbal).
• Experience with tooling, fixture, and process design concepts.
• Knowledge of FDA and ISO regulations.

Responsibilities

• Leads strategic workforce optimization, space planning, workflow design and equipment layout for peak operational efficiency.
• Educates engineers on process capability, cost modeling, and evaluation of process alternatives.
• Leads internal team and collaborates with management to solve high risk issues.
• Oversees processes/equipment to meet specifications, quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Develops and documents work instructions and process FMEA’s.
• Leads design of component processes and tooling for efficient production methods.
• Promotes industry standards and regulatory compliance for quality and safety.
