Job summary

Midmark Corporation seeks a Senior Systems Engineering Manager to lead and develop the Systems and Electrical Engineering functions for new product development, platform development, and sustaining needs. You will drive functional strategies, architecture practices, and cross-functional engineering capabilities to enhance quality and efficiency.

You will partner with engineering, product management, project leadership, quality, and regulatory teams to align technical capability with portfolio

Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge of systems engineering principles, including requirements development and risk management.
• Knowledge of multidisciplinary product architecture and integration of system-level architectures.
• Understanding of electrical engineering principles and platform design reuse.
• Experience leading engineering teams and developing engineering capability across programs.
• Familiarity with regulated product development and design controls (FDA, ISO 13485, ISO 14971).

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements functional strategies for Systems and Electrical Engineering.
• Governs integrated engineering practices, including requirements, architecture, interfaces, standards, and verification/validation.
• Guides platform strategy and reusable subsystem architectures to improve efficiency and quality.
• Oversees execution across programs, identifies issues, and drives improvement actions.
• Builds engineering capability through career development and mentoring.
