Qualifications

• Requires a technical bachelor's degree and 4+ years of related experience; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience leading manufacturing engineering in fabrication, assembly, integration, or test.
• Background in aerospace hardware and high-reliability electro-mechanical/electro-optical products.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing engineering activities across fabrication, assembly, integration and test.
• Develop, configure and optimize industrial processes from inception to certification.
• Lead reviews for quality compliance and efficiency; apply Lean Six Sigma to improve yield.
• Collaborate with Design Engineering to ensure producibility and supplier engagement.
• Use FMEA and DOE to identify root causes and corrective actions in processes.
