Qualifications

• Capacity Planning & Management: knowledge of determining production demand and resource planning.
• Computer-Aided Design & Engineering: ability to produce, analyze and test product designs.
• Decision Making and Critical Thinking: ability to analyze and judge options.
• Engineering - MFG: knowledge of manufacturing processes and standards.
• Project Management: plan, estimate, and monitor significant projects.
• Robotics/Computer Controlled Machinery: implement and operate automated equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of large capital programs for capacity growth.
• Provide technical guidance on major manufacturing projects with suppliers.
• Evaluate major systems and coordinate with the whole plant.
• Direct supplier design feasibility and cost improvement efforts.
• Mentor manufacturing engineers and operators to develop high-quality processes.
