Responsibilities

• Serve as the CEO’s principal Mandarin-English interpreter during meetings and negotiations.
• Translate and prepare contracts, emails, reports, and presentations for executive review.
• Lead and coordinate the interpreter and executive support team to ensure quality and coverage.
• Manage CEO calendar, meetings, and cross-department coordination.
• Support travel, board activities, and special projects as needed.
• Set and maintain standards for confidentiality and workflow efficiency.
