Job summary

Job description

You will serve as a LEAD MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST in the SHORE INTEGRATED REQUIREMENT DEPARTMENT (N5), REQUIREMENTS AND MODELS DIVISION (N55) of COMNAVREG SE JAX.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:

  • 1) Applying qualitative and quantitative methods to assess and improve the effectiveness of programs and management processes;
  • 2) Designing and conducting management studies and analyzing organizational performance;
  • 3) Managing data and performing resource allocation analysis to support strategic decision‑making;
  • 4) Developing innovative business strategies and evaluating major administrative aspects of mission‑oriented programs to resolve problems;
  • 5) Leading assessments and integrating cross‑functional working groups to execute strategic laydown design and assessment phases.
