Job summary

RAYUS Radiology in Sartell, MN seeks a Lead Mammography Technologist to provide leadership and expert mammography services. You will oversee technologists, supervise imaging procedures, and ensure safety, accuracy, and high-quality patient care in a multi-modality environment.

The role involves guiding patients through procedures, coordinating training, and supporting workflow improvements while maintaining compliance with MQSA and HIPAA.

Qualifications

• ARRT registered technologist in good standing.
• 4+ years imaging experience with ability to guide others.
• Graduate from AMA approved radiography program and licensed in state if applicable.
• CPR certification current.
• Able to perform advanced mammography procedures independently with high quality.
• MQSA CEU’s or state-specific requirements maintained.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and management to technologists in assigned modality.
• Perform routine and advanced mammography imaging procedures.
• Ensure patient safety and HIPAA compliance during exams.
• Supervise team, coordinate scheduling and training.
• Lead and participate in process improvements and special projects.
• Maintain equipment, RIS records, and accreditation requirements.
