Job summary

Radiology Forward is seeking a Lead Mammography Technologist to oversee mammography operations, training, and quality assurance across sites. You will coordinate onboarding and ensure MQSA and ACR standards are met regionally, while advancing staff performance and patient care.

You will collaborate with radiologists and technologists, review images, and drive efficiency in workflow to meet productivity targets and maintain high standards of safety and patient service.

Qualifications

• ARRT(M) certification and state radiology license required.
• BLS certification required.
• Familiarity with RIS, PACS and imaging devices.

Responsibilities

• Operate mammographic equipment per policies and protocols.
• Travel to RadNet sites to assess training needs for Mammography Technologists.
• Oversee onboarding and training to meet MQSA/ACR requirements.
• Provide technologist feedback and reviews per department guidelines.
• Support Radiologist image review/peer review processes.
• Collaborate to set workflow efficiency and daily volumes.
• Safeguard patient property and health information.
• Handle medications per policy and maintain security.
• Maintain professional conduct with patients and staff.
• Respect patient boundaries across interactions.
• Engage diplomatically with patients, families, and the public.
• Build cooperative working relationships.
