Job summary

Aura Health is seeking a Lead Mammography Tech to provide expert clinical care and leadership within the Imaging Services department. You will coordinate departmental activities and supervise staff to maintain high standards of patient care.

The role emphasizes planning, mentoring, safety, and quality improvement initiatives, while ensuring equipment readiness and addressing patient and staff concerns to support operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Current state licensing and ARRT registrations for mammography and related modalities.
• Basic or Advanced Life Support certification.
• Minimum 5 years imaging experience in an acute or ambulatory setting.

Responsibilities

• Plan and delegate tasks within the Imaging Services department.
• Mentor staff and oversee performance within the team.
• Maintain safety standards and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Ensure equipment readiness and address patient and staff concerns.
