Job summary

Inframark in Mississippi is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to train and supervise the Maintenance Technician staff on daily operations, ensure SOP and safety compliance, and provide technical direction. You will perform advanced repairs on turbine pumps, electrical motors and panels, centrifugal pumps and chemical feed systems, develop maintenance schedules, and coach staff to improve performance.

This role requires a strong background in automotive mechanics, hydraulics, and CMMS use,

Qualifications

HS Diploma or GED with 8 years maintenance experience.
Advanced knowledge of automotive mechanics, electrical circuits, hydraulics.
Strong leadership and training abilities.

Responsibilities

Allocates work and provides direction, training, and technical guidance to staff.
Ensures SOPs, DOT, OSHA compliance; recommends improvements.
Trains staff on plant operations, repair, installation, SOPs and safety.
Monitors staff performance and coaches for improvement.
Performs advanced repairs on turbine pumps, electrical motors/panels, centrifugal pumps, and chemical feed systems.
Performs advanced electrical troubleshooting and repairs.
Prepares maintenance schedules for equipment, vehicles, and facilities.
Maintains work orders and records.
Other duties as assigned.
Willing to work all shifts including weekends, holidays, evenings and 24-hour on-call.
