Job summary

Inframark seeks a Lead Maintenance Technician to guide daily maintenance operations within our water management facilities. You will train and supervise the maintenance staff, ensuring adherence to SOPs and safety standards while driving reliable plant performance.

Responsibilities include advanced repairs on turbines, pumps and electrical systems, plus maintaining work orders and fostering a culture of quality and teamwork across shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 8 years of experience.
• Strong background in electrical, mechanical and hydraulic systems.

Responsibilities

• Allocate work and provide technical direction and training to staff.
• Ensure SOPs, DOT, OSHA and other requirements are followed.
• Train staff on plant operations, repairs and safe work practices.
• Monitor work and coach improvements.
• Perform advanced repairs on turbines, pumps and chemical feed systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems and panels.
• Prepare maintenance schedules for equipment and facilities.
• Maintain records of work orders and tasks.
• Willing to work varied shifts including weekends and on-call.
