Job summary

Inframark is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician in Georgia to guide daily activities of the maintenance team, ensuring adherence to SOPs and safety standards. The role includes training staff, scheduling maintenance, and performing advanced repairs on pumps, motors, and electrical systems.

The candidate will manage performance, follow DOT/OSHA requirements, and work varied shifts, including weekends and on-call emergencies. CDL and related certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with 8 years of related experience.
• Proven ability to train and lead maintenance staff and ensure SOPs, DOT, OSHA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Allocates work and provides direction, training, and coaching to staff.
• Performs advanced repairs on turbine pumps, electrical motors, panels, and chemical feed systems.
• Schedules maintenance for equipment, vehicles, and facilities; maintains records.
