Job summary

Inframark is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to oversee daily activities of the Maintenance Technician staff and ensure high standards of operation and safety.

The role requires strong mechanical, electrical and hydraulic knowledge, along with experience leading teams and performing complex repairs. You will train, guide, and coach technicians while maintaining schedules and documentation, including on-call shifts.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED with 8 years of relevant maintenance experience.
• Valid Driver’s License; Class B CDL preferred; additional site licenses may be required.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train Maintenance Technicians, allocating work and providing direction.
• Ensure SOPs, DOT, OSHA standards are met and suggest improvements.
• Train staff on plant operations, repair methods and safe work practices.
• Monitor staff performance and coach improvements as needed.
• Perform advanced repairs on pumps, motors, panels and feed systems.
• Conduct electrical troubleshooting and repairs.
• Develop and manage maintenance schedules for equipment and facilities.
• Keep accurate work orders and records; support on-call shifts.
