Qualifications

• Experience leading a maintenance team of 2+ members or managing multiple vendor relationships.
• Proven ability to manage maintenance budgets and deliver quality work within cost constraints.
• Experience across multiple trades (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, groundskeeping).
