Job summary

Silgan Dispensing Systems is seeking a Maintenance Lead to coordinate activities of 3–5 maintenance staff and oversee the setup, repair, and preventive maintenance of production machinery. You will guide technicians across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, diagnose faults, and optimize equipment performance to minimize downtime.

The role emphasizes safety, adherence to company policies, and coordination with shifts to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Ability to lead 3–5 maintenance staff.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and maintenance manuals.
• Experience directing electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Directs 3 to 5 maintenance staff and leads by example.
• Oversees maintenance of electrical, electronic, mechanical systems.
• Diagnoses malfunctions and guides troubleshooting efforts.
• Directs dismantling, assembly and installation of industrial machinery.
• Coordinates robot programming and PLC-related activities.
• Maintains production records and coordinates with supervisors.
