Tonti is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to join our property teams in Littleton, Colorado. You will lead maintenance operations, execute work orders, and ensure communities are safe, attractive, and functional.

Formación
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in property maintenance or a related field.
- Prior experience leading a maintenance team.
- HVAC or Universal EPA Certification required.
- Must have a valid driver's license, auto insurance, and personal tools.
- Strong knowledge and safe operation of tools and equipment.
Responsabilidades
- Lead maintenance operations and support the property's maintenance efforts.
- Complete work orders and assist with preventative maintenance.
- Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with vendors.
- Support curb appeal standards and resident satisfaction.
