Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years in property management or a related role.
• Experience with plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance tasks.
• Ability to lift 80–100 lbs and operate safely in a residential setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform plumbing repairs and general upkeep as required.
• Repair/replace locks and smoke alarms, and install new appliances as needed.
• Coordinate with Property Manager and oversee subcontractors when present.
• Maintain safety, OSHA/EPA records, and ensure timely completion of work orders.
• Order supplies using approved purchase methods and track inventory.
• Respond to night/weekend call duties and support emergency situations.
