Job summary

Catholic Community Services seeks a Maintenance Tech III to oversee interior and exterior facility upkeep, manage preventive maintenance, and guide a small team. You will coordinate with the Property Manager, schedule unit turns, and respond to after-hours emergencies to keep the buildings safe and functional.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of maintenance experience moving into a leadership role.
• Experience with plumbing, electrical, and lock systems.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Receive and investigate maintenance requests in apartments and common areas.
• Schedule and prepare vacant units for re-rent within 10 days.
• Make repairs (plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, locks).
• Perform interior/exterior painting and minor repairs; patch drywall as needed.
• Respond to urgent problems and coordinate with management for on-call emergencies.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for equipment and systems.
