Job summary

You will read schematics, interpret PLC logic, and ensure safety and GMP standards. Strong ownership and English communication are essential for success on the production floor.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing or food processing.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Experience with CMMS systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Lead complex troubleshooting and respond rapidly to downtime.
• Execute and improve preventive maintenance programs.
• Analyze recurring failures and implement root cause actions.
• Read electrical schematics and interpret PLC logic.
• Support PLC-controlled systems and basic diagnostics.
• Collaborate with production to improve efficiency and changeovers.
• Assist installation and commissioning of new equipment.
• Maintain accurate documentation in CMMS (Tofino).
