Perdue Farms Inc. seeks a MultiCraft Maintenance Technician for 1st shift to keep operations safe, efficient, and reliable. You will work across departments to prevent issues, apply strong problem-solving, and promote a proactive maintenance culture.

Ideal candidates bring hydraulics, electrical, PLC, welding, and rigging expertise and a commitment to continuous learning. Shift is 1st, Monday–Friday with occasional weekend coverage and nearby travel.

Formación

8+ years in industrial maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on mechanical/electrical equipment.
Experience with hydraulics, electrical systems, PLCs, welding, and rigging.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills; able to work across teams.

Responsabilidades

Performs complex technical tasks and decisions to keep operations running.
Demonstrates Maintenance Tech III proficiency within 10 months of hire.
Troubleshoots PLC hardware and related systems.
Troubleshoots, maintains, and repairs AC/DC/Servo motor control and instrumentation systems.
Collaborates with production and other technicians to resolve issues quickly.
Conducts root cause analysis on malfunctions and efficiency losses.
Drives plant and maintenance cost efficiencies.
Mentors junior technicians and provides hands-on guidance.
