Job summary

Perdue Foods is seeking a skilled Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician for the 2nd shift to keep plant operations safe, efficient, and reliable. You will perform complex repairs, troubleshoot PLCs, and support continuous improvement across departments with hands-on technical leadership.

The role requires strong experience in hydraulics, electrical systems, mechanical maintenance, welding, and rigging, along with a commitment to safety and quality in a poultry processing environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ Years experience in Industrial maintenance, troubleshooting, problem-solving and repairs on Mechanical and Electrical Equipment.
• Expert Proficiency in Hydraulics, Mechanics, Electrical, PLC, Welding and Rigging Maintain Perdue Farms QEW Certification.
• Commitment to Continuous Learning to achieve increasing levels of expertise.

Responsibilities

• Perform extraordinarily complex technical tasks and decision-making.
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair complex machinery including PLC systems and instrumentation.
• Collaborate with production and other technicians to resolve issues with urgency and reliability.
• Conduct root-cause analysis on system and equipment malfunctions and implement corrective actions.
