Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 8+ years experience in industrial maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Proficiency in hydraulics, mechanics, electrical, PLC, welding and rigging.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots, maintains, and repairs complex machinery and systems.
• Performs root cause analysis on malfunctions and efficiency issues.
• Mentors junior technicians and provides hands-on training.
