Heirloom Property Management is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to join their Duluth team. You will perform advanced maintenance, diagnosis, and field leadership across multiple properties, handling repairs and coordinating with contractors and residents.

The role emphasizes strong problem-solving, sound decision-making, and delivering high-quality workmanship with thorough documentation and proactive communication.

Qualifications

• Strong maintenance or construction experience to handle diverse repair types.
• Excellent troubleshooting and decision-making abilities in field conditions.
• Ability to work independently and lead other technicians when needed.
• Strong communication skills with residents and team members.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance repairs and advanced troubleshooting at properties as requested.
• Diagnose problems, determine next steps, and complete work with minimal callbacks.
• Maintain organized records of work, materials, expenses, and findings.
• Communicate clearly with residents, team members, and leadership to ensure smooth workflows.
• Support other technicians with problem-solving and field guidance.
• Identify risks or scope changes early to keep problems small.
