Job summary

You will perform repairs, lead the maintenance team, and ensure work meets company standards. The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years of property maintenance experience, strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry, and excellent organizational and communication skills.

We are seeking an experienced Lead Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for maintaining the overall appearance, safety, and functionality of a residential apartment community by performing maintenance repairs, leading the maintenance team, and ensuring work is completed efficiently and to company standards.
