Job summary

ALCO Management is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to support daily operations across our properties. You will perform preventive maintenance, address resident requests, coordinate with vendors, and keep precise maintenance records to sustain safe, functional buildings.

The role requires attention to detail, strong time management, and teamwork across departments to ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; tech certs or assoc. degree preferred.
• 2+ years in property maintenance or facilities management preferred; multi-family experience a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to safety and quality.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, safety standards, and vendor coordination.

Responsibilities

• Inspect properties and perform preventative maintenance to ensure safety and functionality.
• Respond promptly to resident maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and service.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, work orders, and inspections.
