Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead Maintenance Workers NA-5 through NA-10 and set the work pace.
• Maintain and repair refrigeration and air conditioning units.
• Repair doors, windows, furniture; build cabinets and displays.
• Paint interior/exterior areas and prepare surfaces.
• Repair electrical wiring and fixtures; install circuit breakers.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and plumbing repairs.
• Ensure safety rules are followed and tools are maintained.
• Keep supervisor informed of delays or issues.
• Ensure tools, parts, and equipment are available.
• Perform other related duties.
