Job summary

Qualifications

• Two or more years of maintenance experience with skills in at least two trades (Carpentry, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Painting).
• Knowledge of safety and environmental rules and regulations concerning procedures, tools, and equipment is required.
• Standing, bending, walking, climbing, and other physical duties are required; lifting up to 50 pounds frequently.

Responsibilities

• Performs work in at least two of the following trades in maintenance and repair of buildings and fixtures.
• Plumbing repairs including sinks, faucets, commodes, valves, heaters, and related parts.
• HVAC repair and routine maintenance on heating and cooling units.
• Electrical repairs including replacement of bulbs, ballasts, and wiring as needed.
• Carpentry tasks such as repairing or replacing frames, molding, trim, and drywall work.
