Job summary

Mark-Taylor in Tempe, AZ is hiring a Multi-Site Lead Service Technician to maintain apartment communities and deliver five-star service. This on-site role covers make-ready, repairs, and preventive maintenance across The Hyve and Hudson at 5th and Farmer.

You will handle plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry and pool upkeep, supervise junior techs, and participate in on-call rotations. EPA/HVAC/CPO certifications are preferred; basic English required.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge in plumbing, electrical, pool maintenance, HVAC, carpentry, appliances, and OSHA standards.
• One or more industry certifications (EPA, HVAC, CPO or similar).
• Service orientation and basic English.
• 2+ years of apartment maintenance or make-ready experience.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in completing make-ready units to Mark-Taylor standards.
• Troubleshoot and repair minor HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry issues.
• Perform daily pool care and maintain chemical balance.
• Inspect property for safety hazards and report to supervisor.
• Assist in inventory management and train junior technicians.
• Support on-call rotations as needed.
