Job summary

TAM Residential is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician for Providence at Mockingbird Towers. This role oversees maintenance operations, performs repairs, and ensures safety and cleanliness of apartments and common areas. Strong leadership and hands‑on technical expertise are required.

Responsibilities include responding to resident requests within 24 hours when possible, supervising staff, and maintaining safety standards across the property. Travel to other TAM communities may be required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair and general construction.
• Ability to read technical manuals and safety instructions.
• Proficiency using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations and ensure safety, functionality, and appearance of the community.
• Perform repairs, preventative maintenance, and emergency response as needed.
• Inspect and prepare vacant apartments for move‑in readiness (minimum of 5 per week).
• Travel to other TAM Residential communities as needed.
