Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Sr. Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance and operation of building systems at a client facility.

You will lead shift operations, mentor technicians, and optimize preventive maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and performance of conveyors, sortation systems, scanners, cameras, and SCADA devices. You will provide expert-level support for MHE systems, read blueprints, and manage maintenance plans using CMMS.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• 4+ years experience with automated conveyors and controls.
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with MHE safety standards (OEM) and safety standards.
• Knowledge of electrical/electronic principles and NEC.
• Experience reading blueprints/schematics.
• Experience with PLC programs.

Responsibilities

• Repair, maintain, and improve functionality of MHE and robotic systems.
• Lead and audit preventative maintenance procedures.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot relays, ladder diagrams, control components, sensors.
• Lead and mentor work plans for emergency repair and training.
• Create and close out work orders in CMMS.
• Collaborate with Client and Operations teams.
• Promote a safe working environment by following procedures.
