You will oversee HVAC maintenance, repairs, budgeting, and vendor management while ensuring timely responses to resident needs.

The role requires HVAC certification, strong leadership, and the ability to manage multiple tasks from painting to pool maintenance.

Qualifications

• HVAC certification and licensing required.
• Experience as HVAC service manager or similar role preferred.
• Strong leadership and budgeting skills required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team, vendors, and residents.

Responsibilities

• Wow residents with impeccable service.
• Craft cost-saving initiatives and manage budgets.
• Respond to resident requests within 24 hours.
• Lead maintenance hours, focus, and on-call schedule.
• Mentor and coach maintenance staff.
• Prepare vacant apartments for move-ins with top repairs.
