Job summary

Graver Technologies LLC, a Marmon Holdings company, seeks a Lead Maintenance Technician to oversee maintenance operations in a Glasgow, DE manufacturing plant. The role involves preventive and predictive maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems, and coordinating with Supervisors to ensure equipment reliability and safety.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and 10–15 years of manufacturing maintenance experience, with CMMS exposure

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 10-15 years maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Familiarity with CMMS software such as MaintainX, Fiix, Maximo, or similar (preferred but not required).
• Welding and fabrication experience are a plus.
• Willingness to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment.
• Start up and shut down equipment in accordance with safety procedures and OSHA requirements.
• Identify equipment needs and read schematics/blueprints.
• Coordinate with Maintenance & Production Supervisors/Managers on project needs.
• Assist in training other maintenance personnel and production operators.
• Respond to plant emergencies and maintain necessary certifications.
• Document activities, resources, and completion codes.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, and control systems.
