Job summary

Graver Technologies, LLC. seeks a Lead Maintenance Technician to oversee maintenance in a manufacturing plant. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems, and read schematics while coordinating with supervisors on projects.

Responsibilities include coordinating PM tasks, training staff, documenting work, and supporting building systems. Strong safety focus and 10–15 years of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10–15 years maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Familiarity with CMMS software such as MaintainX, Fiix, Maximo, or similar.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Welding and fabrication experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and climb ladders.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment.
• Start up and shut down equipment per safety procedures.
• Identify equipment needs and read blueprints and schematics.
• Coordinate on project needs with Maintenance & Production Supervisors/Managers.
• Assist in training and upskilling other maintenance personnel and operators.
• Document activities, resources, and completion codes.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
• Respond to plant emergencies and maintain required certifications.
• Monitor and maintain building systems (HVAC, lighting, etc.).
