Job summary

Alsco Uniforms in Yuma, AZ is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to support the Chief Engineer in maintaining industrial laundry systems and guiding a team of technicians. This hands-on role emphasizes reliability, safety, and proactive problem-solving.

You will perform PMs, troubleshoot diverse systems, document work in CMMS, and coordinate with operations to minimize downtime while upholding company safety policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience in an industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and steam systems.
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics; strong safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform PMs and repairs on washers, dryers, boilers, and related systems.
• Document maintenance activities in CMMS and support PM scheduling.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and steam systems.
• Coordinate with Chief Engineer and production to align maintenance with operations.
