Job summary

Responsibilities

• Performs hands‑on repairs across trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, equipment).
• Responds promptly to routine and emergency maintenance requests.
• Evaluates repairs, identifies root causes, and sources parts/resources.
• Takes ownership of work orders from assessment to testing and documentation.
• Conducts routine maintenance inspections and maintains club equipment.
