Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in hands-on maintenance with both mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics for troubleshooting.
• Strong leadership skills to supervise a small maintenance team.

Responsibilities

• Lead a two-technician team across first and second shifts.
• Perform advanced mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repairs.
• Manage preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
• Oversee spare parts inventory and ordering to ensure critical components are available.
• Coordinate daily work orders and shift handoffs.
