Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-speed environment while following standardized work processes and safety practices.
• Effective communication with people at various positions within the company.
• Capable of multi-tasking and working both as a team and independently.
• Must have time management skills and ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and maintain safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Provides daily work direction to maintenance and electrical technicians.
• Ensures maintenance work is completed correctly and in a timely manner.
• Mentors and trains Level I and II technicians.
• Completes more complex repairs, preventative maintenance, and trouble shoots issues on all equipment.
• Coordinates planned work to minimize production disruptions.
• Provides back-up department leadership when Maintenance Manager is unavailable.
• Ensures maintenance employees always follow safety protocols.
• Assist in implementation of reliability improvement projects.
• Other duties/responsibilities as assigned, or apparent.
