Job summary

Vista Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to support the property maintenance team at the Wichita campus. Under supervision, you will perform advanced maintenance tasks, troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, appliances, and HVAC issues, and help with work orders, unit turns, and preventive maintenance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 2 years of experience performing maintenance duties.
• HVAC CFC certification preferred; EPA certification preferred; CPO certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily property maintenance operations.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, appliances, and HVAC issues.
• Manage work orders and ensure timely completion and resident satisfaction.
• Maintain grounds and common areas; assist in safety meetings and proper tool usage.
• Ensure compliance with Vista Management policies and safety regulations.
