Qualifications

• 12+ years of maintenance experience.
• 5+ years of maintenance management experience.
• Strong knowledge of troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of automated machinery (conveyors, automated cranes, palletizers, trolleys).
• Electrical, mechanical, or electromechanical knowledge.
• Knowledge of PLCs (Allen Bradley, Siemens).

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site maintenance and sanitation teams to ensure safe, efficient operations.
• Perform and oversee preventive maintenance and repairs on facility equipment.
• Utilize Fiix CMMS to schedule, track, and document maintenance activities.
• Train team members and lead by example on the warehouse floor.
• Collaborate with suppliers and contractors to ensure proper training and safety compliance.
