• 5–8 years of related maintenance experience required.

• Experience with computer systems required, including web-based applications and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Perform service, repair, and preventive maintenance on building equipment and systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) issues using blueprints and specs.
• Monitor building systems via the Building Automation System (BAS).
• Inspect life safety and access systems; coordinate required shutdowns.
• Lead and coordinate maintenance work, distribute tasks, and supervise vendors.
