Responsibilities

• Independently performs basic and advanced repairs from start to finish in a timely manner using the Maintenance Request System.
• Safely uses hand and power tools and testing equipment needed for repairs.
• Reads blueprints or schematics and performs construction/renovation tasks with minimal supervision.
• Maintains stock levels and records tasks in the system.
• Responds to emergencies and maintains safety and cleanliness standards at all sites.
