Job summary

The W.C. Bradley Co. is seeking a Maintenance Technician Lead to support pellet mills.

You will work independently to troubleshoot semi-complex automated equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and assist in developing new equipment documentation for production lines. Responsibilities include collaborating with engineers, leading maintenance projects, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards while documenting all activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High school diploma or GED; associates degree preferred.
• Experience: 3 years maintenance on semi-complex manufacturing equipment; 2–3 years fabrication preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently troubleshoot semi-complex automated equipment.
• Perform planned maintenance including preventive maintenance.
• Learn complex equipment and aid in developing documentation for new equipment.
• Collaborate with engineers on building and installing new equipment; prepare documentation.
