PLK Communities is seeking a full-time Lead Maintenance Technician to oversee on-site maintenance at our apartment communities in Ohio. You will lead the maintenance team, handle HVAC, plumbing, electrical tasks, and coordinate repairs and property upkeep to ensure safety and quality of living spaces.

Responsibilities include preparing apartments for new residents, completing work orders, and managing grounds and common areas.

Qualificações

• 3-5 years multi-family/apartment maintenance experience.
• Supervisory/lead experience in maintenance preferred.
• Basic carpentry skills.
• Proficient plumbing skills.
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Toolbox with common hand and electrical tools.
• Ability to respond to after-hours emergency calls on rotation.

Currently we are in search of a full-time Lead Maintenance Technician.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Hands-on Leader
• Maintain Physical Integrity and Safety of Community
• Anticipate, identify and correct any and all problems
• Perform any and all property maintenance needs
• Maintenance of the property grounds and common areas
• HVAC service and repair (willing to train)
• Prepare apartments for new residents
• Complete Work Orders
• Ensure proper removal and disposal of trash
• Provides leadership, guidance, and development for community Maintenance team
