PLK Communities is seeking a full-time Lead Maintenance Technician for our residential apartment communities in Dayton, Ohio. The role combines hands-on maintenance leadership with responsibility for safety and property upkeep across the community.

The position requires 3–5 years of multi-family experience, supervisory skills, and knowledge of basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems. Afterhours on-call rotation is required, with HVAC familiarity and opportunity to train in

Responsibilities And Duties

• Hands-on Leader
• Maintain Physical Integrity and Safety of Community
• Anticipate, identify and correct any and all problems
• Perform any and all property maintenance needs
• Maintenance of the property grounds and common areas
• HVAC service and repair (willing to train)
• Prepare apartments for new residents
• Complete Work Orders
• Ensure proper removal and disposal of trash
• Provides leadership, guidance, and development for community Maintenance team
