Job summary

Candidates should have at least five years manufacturing maintenance experience and may lead teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of work experience as a mechanic in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Leadership experience preferred; ability to lead maintenance personnel.
• Experience applying continuous improvement tools is a plus (Six Sigma, Lean, etc.).
• Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic theory; PLC knowledge advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support maintenance planning and scheduling for shift operations.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repair of equipment and building systems.
• Lead maintenance personnel and train junior mechanics.
• Identify causes of breakdowns and order replacement parts as needed.
• Maintain safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.
